Thunder Ridge Middle School held their annual Christmas program Monday evening, December 17, under the instruction of new music teacher Annie Adams. The Pre-K provided special numbers under the guidance of their teacher Amy Abbott and teacher’s aides Roberta Quanz and Amber Saddler. Lions Club Member Recognized for 60 Years Roy Wangerin was presented the Milestone Chevron Award, from Lions Club International, by president Joan Nech. This award is aptly named because the chevron symbol is typically used in reference to a badge or insignia to indicate rank or length of service. Roy has been a member of Kensington Lions Club for 60 years. Lions Clubs International recognizes the anniversaries of members like Roy because it reminds members of the milestones

United Church Youth Invite You to Their Christmas Musical The Kensington United Church Youth will perform their Christmas musical this Sunday, December 16 during the worship service beginning at 10:25 AM at their church located at 204 West Cedar. Their program this year will be another special Brentwood Benson Company performance called “What a Beautiful Name”. Christmas Craft Fair 12-8-18 Join us in Kensington for the annual Christmas Craft Fair this Saturday, December 8, 2018. Located in the American Legion Hall, downtown Kensington, the craft fair is open from 9:00am-3:00pm. There will be over 30 holiday crafters and vendors to shop from.
