Baby Announcement!!! Chris and Megan Broeckelman of Natoma, Kansas, announce the birth of their son, Henry James Broeckelman, born on August 29, 2019, at Rooks County Health Center. Henry weighed 8 pounds 7 ounces and was 20 inches long. Henry is welcomed home by his siblings, Kayden, Gabriel, Eli, Claire and Sophia. Big Changes in Town! Monday, September 16, a City-Wide Clean-up Day was led by Denise Miller and the Thunder Ridge High School Adult Living and Life Management classes. Welcome Back students and staff! The 2019-2020 school year is well underway at Thunder Ridge. Teachers and students have been busy since school started August 15th. The Back to School Bash was held Sunday, August 25th with many in attendance. The first high school volleyball games of the season were played Friday, August 30th, at Natoma while a football Jamboree was played in Kensington hosting Rock Hills, Stockton and Wilson.
