Kensington Library News
The Read It & Eat Book Club met on Saturday, February 3, to discuss titles “Little Beach Street Bakery” by Jenny Colgan and “Sugar & Salt” by Susan Wiggs. We had a smaller group due to poor weather and muddy roads, but enjoyed some tasty treats while comparing the books. Our titles for the next meeting will be the second book in the series by Jenny Colgan “Summer at Little Beach Street Bakery” and “The City Baker’s Guide to Country Living” by Louise Miller. Anyone is welcome to join, just stop by the library and check out these titles and plan to come for our next gathering on the first Saturday of April @ 1:30pm. We meet at the library and encourage (but do not require) for you to bring a baked good from the recipes listed in the back of the books. We hope to see you Saturday, April 6th!
