Thunder Ridge High School Graduation
Graduation took place Saturday, May 9, at the TRHS gymnasium. Family and friends gathered to celebrate and recognize this wonderful achievement. New alumni of TR include: Christian Bales, Shiloh Corbett, Michael Ferguson, Khloe Reimer, Gracie Rice, Olivia Runnion, Evan Slavik, Dawson Stephens, Peyton Tweedy, Henryk Watkins, April Webb, Kaden Werle. And honorary grad, foreign exchange student, Collien Knuppe.

8th graders promoted
Friday, May 8, the TRMS held the year end Achievement Assembly and 8th Grade Promotion. New freshmen include: Lucas Barnes, Emma Cole, Kale Engelke, Becca Epple, Danasia Holling, Rhett Hopson, Breckyn McDowell, Raidynn Moore, Zoe Newton, Harley Reed, Dirk Stephens, Kaelyn Stokesbury, Hunter Vales, Isaac Wagenblast, Xylan Williams.

New and Improved!
You may have heard the commotion. The Kensington Swimming Pool has recently undergone construction in preparation for the summer! Lifeguards begin training soon and pool passes will be available for purchase. We are so fortunate to have this pool in town for our local families and community to enjoy. We appreciate all the work and dedication of our city lady, Amber Hardacre, in finding and applying for grants to make this possible.
Summer Reading Program at the Kensington Library
Join us for “Unearth a Story” SLP 2026! Starting Tuesday, May 19, (skipping the 26th for VBS) and running every Tuesday in June! Littles age 3 through 1st grade @ 10:30am. Big kids grades 2nd-5th @ 12:30pm. Stop by Kensington Community/School Library and sign-up for the Summer Reading Program!
