TRHS Homecoming 2020
Thunder Ridge students and staff had tons of fun during Homecoming week. Spirit Week dress-up days included: Monday- Twin or Disney Day, Tuesday- Decades or Nerd Day, Wednesday- Superhero/Villain or Fake Injury Day, Thursday- Pink Out or USA Day, Friday- Sports or Blue Out Day. Thursday night the traditional bonfire was held and Friday afternoon the community and TR elementary were present for the Parade/Pep Rally on Main Street. Following the pep rally everyone headed over to the football field for a game of Powder-puff football. The crowning ceremony was held at 6:30pm before the football game versus Rock Hills (Mankato). The Longhorns were bumped up and ready to win! They sent everyone home early scoring 54 to 8 over their opponent, ending the game at halftime. What a way to end an awesome week!

The Gift of Giving
On Sunday, October 4, some of St. John Lutheran’s Sunday school kids posed in front of the 146 school kits that they packed. The kits will be shipped to Lutheran World Relief and then shipped around the world so other kids can attend school.
