Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser to help with the medical expenses for Isabelle (Bea) Footh will be held Sunday, March 13, 2022. Join us from 11:00am to 1:00pm at the Kensington American Legion Post 166 for spaghetti, desserts, tea and coffee for a free will donation. Served by the Kensington American Legion Riders.
Legion Menu
This week at the Kensington American Legion our special will be stuffed meatloaf in gravy, buttered parsley potatoes, sauteed squash and onions, and pie. We’ll have our regular menu items too. Our kitchen hours are 6-8pm and call 785-476-3204 to place your order for pick-up. It’s going to be a cold week, but it will be nice and warm at the legion. Come and join us Friday evening.
Do you enjoy cooking and feeding others? The Legion is looking for a kitchen manager. It’s a part-time position and we serve food Friday evenings. Call Tom James at 785-476-5754 or Kim Terrell at 785-656-2276 for more information.
Condolences
Sympathy to the family of Leonard Rahjes. Leonard passed away on January 26, at the age of 74. The Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, February 5, 2022 at 11am at St. John Lutheran Church in Kensington, KS. Genny, Luke, Charyne and Kevin would be glad to see you there.
