Anniversary Wishes
Elvyn and Doris Slavik celebrated 72 years of marriage on Tuesday the 5th of June. Happy Anniversary!
American Legion Menu
Serving from 6:00-8:30pm, the special this Friday night (June 16th) at the American Legion in Kensington will be salsbury steak, home-made macaroni and cheese, and buttered corn. We'll also be serving a cold plate with a wrap sandwich and salads. Our dessert will be chocolate cake. Please let us know if you'd like to have us make your supper to go or to reserve a table if you'll be having company this weekend since it's Father's Day. We hope all of the father's out there have a good relaxing weekend!

Kensington Swimming Pool Info
The pool is open daily from 1:30pm to 7:00pm, weather permitting. If the temperature is too low or weather is threatening, updates will be posted to the pool facebook page. Please watch the pool facebook page for more info: Kensington Swimming Pool.

Water Fitness info: sessions are held every Tuesday and Sunday from 7:00-8:00pm through August 7th. Sundays will be aerobics and Tuesday will rotate water aerobics and dance. Contact Bert Reinking at 785-282-0896 or Staci Foreman at 785-476-5066 for more information.
Kensington Library News
Summer library hours are: Monday 2-8pm; Tuesday through Saturday 9am-2pm. We are thankful to have Amy Abbott organizing our summer reading programs. The theme this summer is “Libraries Rock!” Grades pre-K to 2nd grade will come on Tuesdays from 1-2pm and grades 3rd to 5th on Thursdays from 1-2pm. Grades are according to the recent 17-18 school year. These programs began the first week of June and will continue through July 10th. We are grateful to have the support from local businesses and organizations as Snack Sponsors for these programs. Providing snacks this month are: Kensington Lockers, Wiens Custom Harvesting, American Legion, Farmers National Bank, D & K Insurance Services, CenCon of Kansas LLC, Levin Farms Inc, Levin & Sons Inc, Kensington Lions Club, Florence Stenseng, Isom Painting and Photography.
