Senior/Community Center Potluck There will be a Halloween Potluck at the Kensington Senior/Community Center on Thursday, October 31st. We will open at 5:00pm with candy treats for the children. Treats will be available until 9:00pm. The potluck will be at 6:00pm. All are welcome. Please bring a dish to share with others. There will be games to play after eating; cards and dominoes. Inspire Kids to Do! October is the membership drive month and the time of year when kids sign up for 4-H. 4-H is a great way to have fun and gain experience in lots of areas: livestock, photography, cooking, sewing, rocketry, crafts, judging, growing things….you name it! There are two 4-H clubs in the Thunder Ridge school district. The Busy Bees for Smith County and Agra Trail Blazers for Phillips County. Both clubs are very active and offer great opportunities for kids ages

October is 4-H Month! “Inspire Kids to Do!” is the theme for 2019. National 4-H Week is October 6-12 and clubs everywhere are promoting 4-H. The 4-H year runs from October 2 to September 30.
