This Saturday, November 14th, we will “Remember the Past to Protect the Future” during the annual Veterans’ Day Celebration in Kensington. Events for the day are scheduled to begin at 9:00am with the American Legion Auxiliary Pie Stand located at the Vo-Ag building just south of the elementary school. Fall Sports End The Longhorns Football team found themselves back at home for their first and final game of district playoffs on Thursday, October 29. They fell to Axtell, who won by two points 42-40 over the Longhorns. The Longhorns Volleyball team ended their season as Sub-State runner-ups with a 20-10 record on Saturday, October 24.
